Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions

Rental Fees and Credit Card Authorizations: The rental fee for the products will be the rental fee, deposit, shipping charges, taxes and any other associated charges detailed on the checkout page of our website or on the invoice in connection with the rental order. Upon placing an order for products, you authorize BFC to charge your credit card for the rental fee and associated charges. We will charge your credit card the amount of the rental fee and associated charges immediately upon completion of the order on our website or signing the agreement in person. A reservation for a rental is an order for the product, no matter how far in advance the order is placed

Product Quality and Sizing: We will ship to you the products that have been sized to your specifications. When received, you should immediately inspect and try on the products for fit. If any item does not fit properly, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will have you return product to us for further adjustments. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipment and we will be responsible for the return shipment to you, ground.

Under no circumstances shall any person or company besides Berry Fit Company perform any alteration to the garment or change it in any way, including the stoning of it or cleaning in any way. If cleaning is needed, it must be returned to Berry Fit to be done.

Cancellations: An order for products may be cancelled up to 40 days prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund without a cancellation fee. For cancellations that are less than forty days prior to the reservation date, a rental credit will be issued for the full amount, good towards a future rental.

Shipping and Returns: Your rental order will be shipped to you via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Delivery and will be scheduled to ship when alterations are completed. We ship only to a valid residence, office or hotel street address within the continental US. All orders are shipped in a high quality corrugated box.

A pre-paid return shipping label is included with every order. To return your rental order, place all rental items in the original shipping box, place the return shipping label over the old shipping label, and deliver the box to any authorized UPS pick-up site. DO NOT TRY TO USE THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER. Be sure to return all rental items as listed on the packing slip included in the order.

Late Charges, Damages and Replacement Fees: All rental orders must be shipped back to the Berry Fit Company in such a manner as to arrive prior to the end of the contract period. Orders must be returned in original shipping box. The order will be considered returned when the box physically arrives at Berry Fit Company. In order to receive the full amount of the deposit, all items must be returned within the original contract period, free of permanent stains, tears or holes and in an unaltered state.

In the event of lateness, damage or alteration, the deposit fee will be used to restore the garment to a suitable condition and $25 will be assessed per day for lateness.

We are not responsible for personal property returned with the rental order. When you rent products from the Berry Fit Company, an deposit fee is added to the cost of the order. This deposit fee covers only damages that can be repaired through normal cleaning or minor tailoring. If we determine that a rental product is damaged beyond repair, has had unauthorized alterations either in the garment or the stoning, or if a rental product is not returned, the deposit fee will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability: The full extent of the Berry Fit Company's liability is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy which are hereby incorporated into our Customer Rental Agreement.
