Worn at last Congress Queen contest, rust skirt and jacket, retro look. 

Jacket has yoke and cuff trim, cowboy collar, fringe, trimmed in turquoise and ivory.  Large sewn on turquoise chunks, buckstitching. Hand wash, drip dry.  All seam allowances in tact.
